Job Summary:

Job Summary:
Amiran Communications Ltd is seeking to recruit a Project Manager who will be accountable and responsible for the successful execution of all assigned projects irrespective of size.
The Project Manager will be expected to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the projects and provide a centralized approach to improving overall project efficiency and customer satisfaction.
For successful project execution, the company, therefore, seeks a project manager with impeccable planning, budgeting, coordination and overall project management skills.

Reporting to the General Manager- Operations, the successful candidate will be expected to:
Duties and Responsibilities

• Facilitate and manage the sales handover process to ensure all required material such as signed contract, LPO, approved BOQ, CDR, success criteria etc. for project commencement have been delivered
• Organise and facilitate project kick-off meetings and other project related meetings
• Develop project plans and provide regular project status reports
• Account for resource allocation against assigned project/s
• Lead project execution while providing customised application of project management best practice, strategy and methodologies for optimised project delivery and enhanced customer satisfaction
• Ensure proper documentation of project implementation process i.e. from sales handover to project commissioning
• Develop and implement change control tracking & resolution
• In line with best practice, conduct lessons learned and follow through for documentation
• Seek and evaluate customer feedback during project implementation and ensure knowledge transfer in line with customer’s expectations.

Occasional Duties

• Subcontractor engagement
• Follow up on Project milestone payment/s as defined in the project agreement/contract
Qualifications Required
• Bachelors’ degree in Project Management or another relevant field
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2)
• Expert user of Microsoft Projects/Other Project Planning tools
• A Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project Management within IT, Security or engineering fields.
• A track record of successful project delivery working in a fast-paced, market-driven environment.
